Full config rewrite!

Yes, I know, I know... Another config update. This time I've rewritten the entire code. I'm not using the cloth config api anymore, instead only using spruceui.

Here are some of the new config features:

• New sidebar
• New sliders, color option, text content, boolean toggles, etc.
• Custom cursor
• Separators
• Semi transparent background
• Hide instantly applied effects
• And much much more!

I decided to make the change from cloth config to spruceui because I wanted complete customization on my config screen, and I'm pretty happy about it.
