Backports from the 1.21 version:
groundcover_cannot_generate_ontag and groundcover generation improvements (e.g. try to not place twigs in villager houses)harvests_mossy_hollow_logs tag + mossy hollow log improvements to moss placement and harvesting- The other 1.21 features will be backported in a future update
