- @ Mention stripping — AwesomeChat and InteractiveChat both have mention modules that inject
@PlayerNametext into chat events. After color-code stripping, the raw@Johntext remained and could trigger anti-advertising or anti-link false positives. ProtectCord now strips@PlayerNamepatterns before AutoMod evaluation. Controlled individually viastrip-mentions: true/falseunder each plugin's compat section - Config migration system — ProtectCord now automatically adds missing config keys with their defaults when you upgrade. No more needing to delete and regenerate your
config.ymlafter every update. A startup log message tells you when new options have been added and what to look for config-versionfield — all config files now include aconfig-versionfield (do not edit) used internally to track which migration steps have been applied- Improved startup compat logging — detection logs now show all active settings including the new
strip-mentionsstatus for both InteractiveChat and AwesomeChat
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
