Qu Enchantments

• Fixes:
  • Particles created from on hit enchantments will now be properly rendered to other players.
• Balance Changes:
  • Nightblood Enchanted swords will now drain twice as much xp, from 2 / level per tick to 4 / level per tick.

This will be the final update for 1.18. All future updates will be on the 1.19 snapshots and 1.19 upon release.
