[1.21.5x] Quality of Queso 1.3

Added item frame searching! Press I to open the Item Frame Searching GUI, which will allow you to search item frames by the item that they hold.
If the item frame contains the item that you searched, that item frame will glow.
You can set how long you want the item frame to remain glowing if you'd like.
You can also remove glow from all item frames.
You can also do /itemframesearcher to search for item frames if you don't want to use the GUI (GUI is simpler to understand, command is for fast people, hehe).
Revamped configuration screen.
More optimizations.
