Quality of Queso

Backported and ported to FORGE 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, and 1.21.6-1.21.10! Backported to FABRIC 1.21.1 and 1.21.4!

UNIVERSAL CHANGES:

• Merged server-side config file into common-side config file. The option "Item Frame Searching" is now controlled universally with the common config. "Save Search Text" additionally applies to the item frame searching screen.
• Fixed bug where an extra "s" appears at the end of item names when transferring via held stack.
• Bug fixes, tweaks and optimizations.

FORGE 1.20.1:

• You cannot add blacklisted servers via the miscellaneous configuration screen menu. You can only add/remove blacklisted servers via the pause menu or config file.
