Quick Leaf Decay

this release matches to Minecraft 1.21.11 for the first time. at the back side, it prepares for Gradle 10.
this release is very notable since it includes fix of hair loss of trees when Terralith is being used.
this happens because Terralith tries to create variant of trees by only using vanilla tree logs and leaves. since limited variants are available, Terralith very often uses logs and leaves variant that doesn't match. and previous versions of QuickLeafDecay used to decay the kind of leaves that doesn't match. resulting loss of hair of naturally generated trees constantly.
the fix is not decaying unmatched leaves by default. users who wants full function can edit config file on their config folder to enable. however, because old instances of Minecraft have old config already, users should manually edit or delete their config.
