RTM 3.3 โ RealSim, Manufacturing & Stability Update
Industrial Manufacturing & Chemistry
- Added new iron refining processes, including ore pelletizing, hydrogen-based direct reduction, and electric arc furnace steelmaking.
- Rebalanced chemical processing times to make large-scale manufacturing more practical without reducing resource or energy costs.
- Added new production routes for stainless steel, ferrochrome, and Osmium-Iridium contact alloys.
- Expanded Assembler manufacturing for armor modifications, electronics, and advanced equipment.
- Restored nitre bed production, accessible fertilizer crafting, and additional sulfur recovery methods.
- Improved bulk production speeds for concrete, asphalt, and other commonly consumed materials.
Electricity & Infrastructure
- Overhauled power pole compatibility, allowing most distribution poles to connect directly without requiring substations.
- Fixed Cable Drum connection errors, broken wire persistence, and network corruption.
- Improved electrical network reliability when poles are destroyed, replaced, or unloaded.
- Updated Cable Drum crafting requirements.
NEI & Recipe Integration
- Expanded NEI coverage for industrial machines, generators, steam systems, resource extraction, and nuclear processes.
- Added informational recipe pages for machines that generate or consume resources continuously.
- Fixed missing recipes, incorrect ingredient quantities, broken recipe navigation, and misleading tooltips.
- Fixed Rotary Furnace NEI crashes and several other recipe viewer issues.
- Improved compatibility with GTNH NEI.
Water & Fluid Systems
- Groundwater pumps now extract Fresh Water inland and Salt Water in ocean biomes.
- Renamed the previous raw Water fluid to Salt Water while preserving compatibility with existing saves.
- Improved fluid handling to prevent incompatible liquids from mixing or being overwritten.
- Fixed several machine fluid conversion and output-blocking issues.
Bug Fixes & Stability
- Fixed Small Arc Furnace synchronization and incorrect machine information displays.
- Fixed turbofan fuel consumption and electrical output reporting.
- Improved inventory preservation, machine save/load behavior, and interrupted processing reliability.
- Fixed various crashes involving empty recipes, invalid machine states, and malformed network data.
- Corrected in-game version reporting and login message branding.
- Additional machine reliability, synchronization, and compatibility improvements.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
