🌐 Translations

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with missing particles on some blocks
- Fixed some blocks having weird particle effects
- Fixed several inconsistencies across mod versions
- Crafting recipes should now appear in crafting menus when the correct conditions are met (usually after crafting an item for the first time)

- Removed NeoForge support on 1.20.x to simplify mod development and data gen. Note: NeoForge will continue to be supported on 1.21+.
