Major Breaking Change

Do not use the /reload command to upgrade to v4! To upgrade any world running a previous version of this data pack first completely shutdown the server or exit the world you are playing in. Only then swap out the data packs. On first startup with v4, you will also need to run the command /time of minecraft:overworld resume just once.

This update fundamentally changes the pack's approach to slowing down the in-game daylight cycle. Previously time was effectively frozen, manually adjusted every second to match the detected real time. Now the game's daylight cycle has been stretched to be just as long as a real daylight cycle, and calculated adjustments are only done when the time gets too out of sync.

In effect this results in smoother daylight cycle visuals, and opens up the door to future improvements.
