Fabric API update
-
A clear message instead of a crash when Fabric API is outdated. Until now, the mod accepted any version of Fabric API. Players running an outdated version would experience a game crash on startup with an obscure error message unrelated to the actual cause. The mod now requires Fabric API version 0.159.0 at minimum: if it is missing, Fabric politely informs you and specifies what needs to be updated.
-
Compiled and tested with Fabric API 0.160.0, the latest available for Minecraft 26.2. version 0.159.0 and 0.160.0 work equally well.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
