Releashed

An open-source plugin allowing players to use leashes on each other. Includes tying to fences.

When a leashed player disconnects, they get 20 HP damage by default. Players tied to fences cannot unleash themselves or each other except if they use shears.

The plugin is configurable with a YAML file, thanks to Bukkit's config API.
