Changes
Relic Weapons 0.3.0
Relic Weapons is now a content-free visual-effects API for arbitrary item stacks.
Added
- Per-item RGB enchantment glint that is actually consumed by item and armor renderers.
- Data-driven radiance and arbitrary registered particle options.
- Point, sphere, ring, and trail emitters with rate, spread, direction, speed, and entity-motion inheritance.
- Public immutable
VisualEffectProfilesnapshot/apply API. - Fabric 1.21.1 build alongside NeoForge 1.21.1.
Removed
- Built-in Enchantment Glow and Texture Light material items.
- Built-in survival recipes and the old material-specific dynamic-light entry.
This is a breaking content-removal release. Packs must provide their own templates, recipes, and progression if desired.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
