Changes
Riftbound v1.2.1 - Multiplayer Entity Sync Fix
Fixed
- Fixed a dedicated-server client crash when entering a pocket and beginning to track its permanent Void Point.
- Permanent-door state is now server-owned persisted data instead of an unnecessary synced entity-data accessor.
- Added an explicit network protocol version so incompatible Riftbound builds are rejected during connection instead of failing later while applying entity metadata.
- Fixed pocket return locations after logging out and back in by persisting the return anchor with the player, with automatic migration from existing world data.
- Rift pairs now begin closing after exactly three seconds without a successful traversal and reset that timer only when a player actually uses either side.
- Entering a pocket no longer keeps the outside entrance open for the entire visit.
- Permanent pocket doors now clear stale endpoint links after a pair closes or the server reloads.
Changed
- Replaced the Void Dagger Model with the new Rift Tablet Model
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
