⚙️ Core Mechanics
New Mechanic: Inverted Logic. You can now use an analog_torch on compatible diodes to fundamentally flip their mathematical operations (e.g., turning a Subtractor into an Adder).
New Blocks
- Analog Matcher: A strict equality gate. It compares the front signal (
F) with the side signal (S).- Architecture feature: It actively broadcasts the side signal outward (decaying by 1) to allow for parallel bus connections without causing infinite feedback loops.
- Applying
inverted_signaltransforms it into an Inequality Gate (XOR).
- Analog Subtractor: Subtracts its internal stored power (
X) from the front signal. Applyinginverted_logictransforms it into a Hardware Adder (F + X). - Analog Repeater: A pure analog delay line. Unlike vanilla repeaters that output a hardcoded 15, this block preserves the exact input signal strength while applying the selected tick delay.
The Logic Matrix (Signal Output Reference)
Legend: F = Front Input, S = Side Input, X = Internal Gate Power.
| Block Name | Basic Mode | inverted_signal | inverted_logic | inverted_signal_logic |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vanilla Comparator (compare) | F * (F >= S) | 15 - (F * (F >= S)) | F * (F < S) | 15 - (F * (F < S)) |
| Analog Matcher | 15 * (F == S) | 15 * (F != S) | - | - |
| Vanilla Comparator (subtract) | F - S | 15 - (F - S) | F + S | 15 - (F + S) |
| Analog Substractor | F - X | 15 - (F - X) | F + X | 15 - (F + X) |
| Analog Repeater | F | 15 - F | - | - |
| Vanilla Repeater | 15 * (F > 0) | 15 * (F == 0) | - | - |
| Analog Torch | 15 - F | - | - | - |
| Redstone Torch | 15 * (F == 0) | - | - | - |
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
