Added the Seated Sublevel Sensor:
* This sensor only detects players that have sat down on a sublevel.
* This sensor has no direct interaction with seat objects, and instead applies to the entire sublevel.
* It contains the same CC: Tweaked methods contained within the Occupancy Sensor.
* It has a very similar recipe to the Occupancy sensor, with a minecart being used in place of the eye of ender.
* I tested five mods, Create, Maccaws, Furnitury, Mr Crayfish, and Jammy Furniture. Only Create and Furnitury were operational. The other 3 proved to have direct incompatibility with Sable completely, likely do to hardcoded worldpos math related to mounting the chair entity. Any other mod that adds sit-able chairs should work provided the mod already is compatible with Sable.
Sensor Swapping: The Seated and Normal sensors have a very similar recipe, with one unique item each. The eye of ender for the normal, and a minecart for the seated. Right clicking one sensor with the unique item of another sensor will automatically swap the sensortype to the type that corresponds with the used item. The old item is ejected and able to be reclaimed.
Bugfixes: getOccupantsNames() table no longer has literal{} wrapping around index values.
