Changes
Performance
- Sandboxels now runs on Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome in the background instead of JavaFX — the game runs at full speed (30 TPS), same as playing online
- Smooth picture, up to ~60 FPS while moving the mouse
- Sandboxels pauses itself when you close the screen, so it no longer slows down normal Minecraft
- Opening the Sandboxels screen no longer freezes the game
Fixes
- Save slots and settings now stay saved between sessions
- Alt-Tab works while the Sandboxels screen is open
Other
- Mod file is much smaller: 7 MB instead of 144 MB
- Requires Microsoft Edge (already on every Windows 10/11 PC) or Google Chrome
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
