Sculk Dragon Utils

Modifies sculk_harmony to prevent sculk sensors from triggering when you walk on them, even at 0 potency

New effect: sculkdragonutils:sculk_bloom - This makes kills worth below 50 exp (To exclude wither, ender dragon, and modded bosses) to spawn a sculk bloom if it's able to instead of exp. Potency acts as a multiplier, with 10% added effect per level. This also gives you 2 food and 10% saturation on a kill, also modified by the potency.

New command: /sculk-bloom - This is a command that triggers a sculk bloom (like from the sculk catalyst) at the specified location. Worldgen makes it spread farther and the generated shriekers can spawn the Warden.
