Version [1.20.1-0.9.4] Hotfix 4 & Tweaks

• Added experimental feature Diseased Kelp
• Added experimental feature Sculk Squid
• Tweaked experimental feature Sculk Salmon
• Tweaked Infestation Purifier to not recieve burrowed effect.
• Tweaked Mass Block to no longer spawn mobs, but instead spawn one cursor.
• Tweaked attackers no longer are required to kill a sculk mob to be considered hostile, instead, just doing damage to a sculk mob is enough.
• Tweaked Salmon to not require a path to target.
• Fixed all Sculk Mobs detection range being 4 blocks, instead of their actual follow distances.
• Fixed Salmon not detecting if it is in water correctly.
• Fixed Sculk mobs not correctly targeting mobs on land.
• Fixed crash related to mites.
• Fixed cursors unintentionally exploring all fluid blocks.
• Updated translations.
