SelfGlowing

SelfGlowing is a lightweight client-side Minecraft mod that makes your own player glow, helping you see your character more clearly in third-person.

Unlike the vanilla glowing effect, SelfGlowing is designed to affect only your own player and does not add glowing effects to other players.
