Shield By Side

I've always been a little bothered by the fact that the shield isn't held the same way between 1st and 3rd person. So I went and repositioned the 1st person view model to be more in-line with how it's held in 3rd person! And as a bonus feature: the shield now takes up less screen real-estate!

• The 1st person shield model is now held the same way as in 3rd person
• Less screen real-estate is taken up by the shield
