Changes
Fabric, Minecraft 26.2. Server-side: players do not need to install anything. Fabric API, Placeholder API and Grim are inside the jar.
The market
- Selling an item lowers its price right away, so a big dump of one item can't be sold at full price.
- Every 24 hours the money made that day (sales, admin gifts, daily rewards) raises all prices a little. Everybody gets a message when the day closes.
- The market bot cuts a whole group of items when it brings in most of the money (all wood is one group).
/investshows every item sold lately, how far its price moved today, the money it made, and a chart with a green, red or yellow candle for each day. Price Changes lists each move of one item with its time, old price and new price (the last 14 days).- Prices and Invest have a Browse A-Z button.
Selling
/sellopens a sell box;/sell hand,/sell alland the Sell Center menu are there too.- Sell progress works by group (mining, wood, farming, mob drops, flowers, fishing, building, gear): the more you earn from a group, the more it pays, up to x2.0. A trail of green glass shows the next milestone.
/quicksale: pick items and they are sold the moment you pick them up.- Every deal plays a sound and shows a green line above the hotbar.
Trading
/ah: list part of a stack and set a price. A listing runs for a week, then the seller takes the item back./orders: order any item with an amount and a price; for gear, a lowest durability and enchantments too./quickorder: deliver what you carry to the best paying orders in one click. Equal prices share the items evenly./baltopis a menu with rank icons./revoke <player> <amount>takes money from a player (admins).
Prices
- The price list shows every item a survival player can get (1,415 in 26.2) and none that they can't.
- Rare drops and loot got their own prices; crafted items are never worth more than their ingredients.
/eco rebalanceputs the whole table back on its base prices (prices set by hand are kept).
Chat filter
- Swearing, slurs and hate speech in English and Hebrew are caught in chat, private messages, commands, signs (front and back), books and anvil names. The filter reads the raw packets, so the signed chat real clients send is covered.
- It sees through symbols between the letters, repeated or swapped letters, letters that sound alike and words split in pieces: about 33,000 spellings of the banned words. Every spelling that is a real word was taken out, and
/chatfilter allow <word>fixes a wrong catch at once. - A ban grows with every offense: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 2 days, then a week. Operators are banned too unless
/chatfilter ops onis set./chatfilter forgive <player>starts a player over. /unban <player|all>lifts a ban.- Voice chat is not covered.
Anti-cheat
- Grim 2.3.74 is part of the jar. It works out what a real client could have done on every tick and pulls the player back when the client did something else: flight, speed, timer, no-fall, anti-knockback, reach, scaffold and more. Grim is nested unmodified, with its licence (GPL-3.0) and source link.
- The /sus list. Every catch, from Guard or from Grim, goes on the list. Online operators get a clickable message at once, and a click teleports you to the player.
/autoban onand/autoban off. One switch for "the anti-cheat bans by itself": Guard's kill aura, reach, speed, fly, nuker, fast place and autoclicker checks, and every Grim group. Off by default.- Hacked client check. A few seconds after joining, the server tests the client for Meteor Client; a hit is a permanent ban. A client that hides its answers is left alone, and nobody is banned for scrambled answers.
- Guard's fly check works. A new rule also catches flight that drifts up and down: three seconds in the air without falling the way gravity makes a body fall. Jumps, long falls, wind charge launches and slime bounces are not flagged.
- Anti-xray also adds fake storage blocks inside enclosed terrain. The Underground Hider and Anti-ESP are there too, and one button in the menu turns all protection off.
Server tools
/performanceshows TPS, tick time, memory, entities, chunks and the crowded chunks, with an optimization mode (off, auto, boost) and buttons to merge or clean dropped items./eco announce <text>shows a message at the top of every screen, not in chat./eco give allplayers <amount>pays everybody the server knows./phrasepays players a small amount for a phrase you choose, up to a limit per player, then a short ban for anyone who keeps going. Nothing happens until you add a phrase (/phrase add <text>)./eco featuresand/eco module <name> on|offswitch modules on the fly./tpaopens a player picker, and/tpcancelcancels a request.- A barrel opens as a barrel. Shops are made from
/shop> Create Marketplace Shop.
Updating
Take the old Simple Eco jar out of mods first. The first start puts the price table back on its base prices once (prices an admin set by hand are kept).
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
