Changes
Simple Tree Capitator 1.0.1
Improved tree detection and leaf cleanup.
Changed
- Added better tree validation to help prevent wooden builds from being accidentally tree-capitated.
- Logs now only tree-capitate if the connected log structure has matching leaves touching it.
- Improved same-tree log detection so different log types are not treated as the same tree.
- Improved leaf cleanup to reduce nearby trees being left deformed.
- Leaves now only decay when they match the same tree type.
- Natural leaves can still drop saplings, sticks, and apples.
- Crimson and warped stems still work without leaf validation.
Notes
- This update is mainly focused on protecting builds and improving nearby-tree behavior.
- Fabric API is still required.
- Install on both client and server for multiplayer because the mod uses a toggle keybind.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
