Functionality changes:

• Updated to 1.19.1-pre5
• Bumped version number to 1.4.0
• Dropped sendSignaturesToOperators as it is sadly impossible to sustain without a client side mod due to the new cryptographic chain implementation
• Updated the Readme to match the change above and warn about a potential disconnect when turning the mod off, along with a link to the Curseforge and Modrinth downloads

Technical changes:

• Switched mappings to a layered mojmap and yarn, to avoid having to deal with unmapped fields after a snapshot
• Ignoring any error returned by the LastSeenMessagesValidator if the mod is turned on, as the client will not properly chain messages, due to their lack of signature or non-existence
• Depending on individual FAPI modules to allow quick iteration and having to wait for networking to be updated every time
