Throwables 1.0.2 — Update Log
Gameplay & Fixes
- All thrown minecart variants now cause a TNT-strength explosion when they hit the ground or a block.
- Thrown shulker boxes now render visibly in flight while preserving their contents, item data, and charged-throw behavior.
- Replaced the Shovel Rebound slider with TNT Explode Timer. Moving it fully left causes an immediate explosion.
- Corrected thrown End Crystal explosions to occur at the impact position.
- Fixed dropped thrown items—including loaded shulker boxes—despawning after roughly five seconds. They now use the normal five-minute timer.
- Added safeguards against duplicate item recovery and spectator pickup.
Explosion Debris
- Added flying, rotating block debris to explosions from thrown TNT, End Crystals, and explosive minecarts.
- Debris launch strength now varies with distance from the explosion.
- Debris comes from blocks actually destroyed by the blast, respecting vanilla blast resistance, shielding, and TNT chain reactions.
- Smoothed debris rotations to prevent snapping when velocity changes.
- Limited debris to 32 fragments per explosion and 96 nearby, with automatic cleanup within five seconds of loaded simulation time.
- Prevented debris from placing blocks or generating extra block loot.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
