Changes
SkinCraft 1.1.1-beta.1
Minecraft: 26.1 · Loader: Fabric · Java: 25+
Highlights
- Skin selection (right panel): “Selected skin” / filename labels use correct opaque colors (fixes invisible text). Applied skin line uses robust path matching so it stays in sync with the gallery; fallback when the active file is outside the list.
- Skin selection: Helper text in the right column when the skins folder is empty; “Select a skin to preview” when nothing is selected.
- 3D editor: Spacing under Undo/Redo for Base/Overlay visibility labels; overlay toggle column aligns with the first row (fixes gap under “Overlay Visibility”).
- Targets Fabric API
0.144.3+26.1(seegradle.properties).
Compatibility
- Same Minecraft 26.1 line as other 1.1.x betas; not for 1.21.x.
- Fabric Loader + Fabric API for 26.1 required (see main project docs).
Install
- Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 26.1.
- Add Fabric API for 26.1 (e.g.
0.144.3+26.1or current for this version). - Place
skincraft-1.1.1-beta.1.jarin themodsfolder.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
