SkyLume 2.3.0 — Storage, Dungeons & Item Guard
Minecraft 26.1.2 · Fabric · Java 25+
✦ Item Guard
- Added manual item locking with U, configurable in Minecraft Controls. Works on your hovered item or your held item outside menus.
- Locks follow stable item UUIDs through inventory, hotbar and Storage moves, including renames/upgrades that retain the UUID.
- Added protection against drop, NPC sale, bulk inventory sale, trade, Auction House listing and salvage in supported screens.
- Check both insertion and confirmation so an already staged locked item cannot be confirmed. Retrieving it remains allowed.
- Preserve normal inventory moves, number-key swaps and Storage transfers. Closing inventory with a locked cursor item now lets Minecraft return it normally; overflow drops remain blocked when inventory is full.
- Added a discreet gold slot star and ✦ Locked tooltip indicator.
- Blocked actions are silent by default. Optional feedback uses SkyLume’s local display with a cooldown instead of repeated chat messages; manual lock/unlock confirmations use the same display.
- Save locks locally per Minecraft account. Disabling the feature retains stored locks.
- Items without stable UUIDs use clearly explained protection for all copies of their item type.
📦 Storage and Item Lookup
- Reworked Storage change detection and indexing to encode changed slots rather than repeatedly rebuilding whole pages.
- Cache repeated item searches and matching page lists until the underlying data changes.
- Decode saved item visuals through a bounded tick queue instead of doing the work while rendering.
- Move JSON serialization and persistence into background work, with atomic replacement and backup recovery.
- Preserve existing saved pages, item lore and profile separation.
- Improve search/scroll retention, return-from-preview behavior, resize handling and page navigation.
- Adapt the saved overview's columns to screen width and retain Edit Pages/Toolkit return paths.
- Added Global Item Locator through
/sl find [item], showing recorded locations and available navigation actions across supported observed inventories.
Storage and item lookup show previously observed contents. Unopened inventories are not scanned or treated as live data.
⚔️ Shared Dungeons Module
- Added common dungeon state for floor, room/rotation, map, party classes, secrets, deaths, puzzles, score, boss state and run timing.
- Added an automatic map using Hypixel’s original map image, preserving the black background, unexplored rooms, question marks, doors and completion marks.
- Show rotating player heads, class borders and clear direction markers. Keep the local player visible above teammates.
- Keep the map square and move its room/score/time/route text into a separate optional Dungeon details HUD.
- Added an optional thin outline and small room-name/secret-count labels.
- Fixed map visibility at dungeon entry, including solo runs and cases where the hotbar map is not yet present. General widget visibility no longer suppresses the enabled dungeon map.
- Recover vanilla map data and apply partial updates without rebuilding unchanged geometry.
- Added score calculation following Skyblocker's floor requirements, penalties, bonuses and blood/boss projection for Entrance, F1–F7 and M1–M7.
- Support crypts, first-death Spirit and applicable Paul, Mimic, Prince and Bat bonuses; missing inputs stay explicitly uncertain.
- Added 270/300 tracking, clear/score HUD, boss/run state and splits.
- Distinguish projected score from the final server result and display time penalties and the countdown to the next point loss.
- Keep the run clock advancing when tab-list time is delayed or repeated. Use the server’s completion time when results arrive.
- Wait for stable score data before milestone announcements. Use the score popup without additional local score feedback messages.
- Added optional large S/S+ title notifications with configurable pling sound. Titles render above HUD panels.
- Added separate custom 270/300 messages with
{score},{threshold},{floor},{secrets},{deaths}and{time}. Optional sharing uses party chat with teammates and dungeon all-chat when solo, once per threshold per run. - Handle same-run reconnect recovery, boss transitions and resets between runs.
- Integrate dungeon displays with the existing HUD editor.
🧭 Included Dungeon Secret Routes
- Bundle 210 routes/variants for 109 room identities from FlameOfWar and 3ppopka.
- Load suitable routes automatically after shared room/rotation identification. No manual pack import or selection for every room is required.
- Render thin connected paths, small direction arrows, a gold start guide and readable through-wall action labels.
- Show upcoming Stonk/Dungeonbreaker, Superboom, Etherwarp, Ender Pearl and interaction instructions before arrival.
- Keep the start marker visible until collection, including after passing it while clearing. Restore guidance after leaving the path or returning to a room.
- Advance from supported chest, essence, pickup, bat and interaction observations; reject repeated/unrelated events.
- Continue past locked chests without marking them collected, then return to deferred secrets before the route exit. Keep manual Skip step, Previous and Retry skipped controls.
- Correct exit endpoints and distinguish preparation/path markers from actual secrets.
- Add a searchable room browser, creator labels, per-room pause, optional variants and step navigation.
- Retain custom JSON import support and original creator/source information. Imported data stays separate from bundled packs.
- Remove route rendering in boss phases and reset/recover progress with the shared run lifecycle.
- Include the packs' editable data, pinned sources and GPL-3.0 license. Odin room data retains BSD-3-Clause terms.
💰 Item Prices and Value
- Expanded tooltips with NPC sell value, Bazaar buy/sell references, lowest BIN, one-/three-day averages, Crafting Price and Estimated Item Value.
- Added supported George pet sell prices and Rift Motes values with configurable McGrubber stacks.
- Use compact gold/yellow labels and aligned teal values directly after ordinary item lore, before date/museum information.
- Show stack/per-item references and keep price rows compact while Shift is held, without an expanded breakdown.
- Add duplicate-field suppression for compatible tooltip additions from other mods.
- Use appropriate supported quote IDs for books, runes, cakes and zero-XP pets; avoid misleading generic values for unsupported variants.
- Use bundled crafting/forge recipes and the AzureAaron valuation library for supported upgrades.
- Perform requests/calculations outside rendering and share cached prices across tooltips and command lookups.
- Mark stale and partial results. Missing recipe/material data does not become a complete-looking price.
Market prices do not require Skyblocker or a player API key. Values remain estimates, not guaranteed sale proceeds.
📍 Waypoint Studio and Community Routes
- Expanded route tools with Follow/Overview/Setup views, route-map previews, upcoming points, nearest-start selection, looping and passive recording with review before saving.
- Added richer draft editing, multi-selection, duplication and 40-step undo/redo.
- Treat imported Path points as line geometry rather than numbered stops; keep them editable through Tools → Show path nodes for editing.
- Guide to the start and follow fast running/short teleports through crossed path points.
- Fix backtracking at overlapping paths and prevent one movement from consuming both legs of a hairpin turn.
- Finish non-looping walking tours correctly and preserve existing loop preferences.
- Improve pause/resume, back/next/restart and skipping disabled points.
- Rebuild the manager around the compact main-menu style, location sidebar, collapsed route groups and draggable scrollbar.
- Keep global/unassigned routes visible under island filters. Add Clear filters, resolving saved routes that rendered in the world but were hidden by the manager's filters.
- Remove waypoint arrival ETA while keeping names and distance labels.
- Add ten optional community entries: five legacy Crystal Hollows collections plus Torrhus Honeyhives/Hideonsun/Fairy Souls and Galatea Hideonleaf/Fairy Souls.
- Preserve creator/source/license information, search by island/name/creator and preview maps without activating routes.
- Separate numbered mining stops from alternative/preparation markers. Added copies start disabled and remain editable; existing copies are retained.
- Raise capacity to 4,096 points across 64 groups and retain supported import/export formats.
Community island routes are navigation/collection aids. Dungeon routes are the separate automatic room-based system.
👥 Party and Carry
- Share membership, online presence and live dungeon-class observations between Party, Carry and Dungeons.
- Improve joins/leaves, reconnects, partial party lists, concurrent party changes and DEAD/class rows.
- Keep planned classes and class levels separate from observed live values.
- Avoid interpreting unknown participants, missing data or a mismatched floor as a completed dungeon carry.
- Resume returning carry customers in a paused state until explicitly continued.
- Save carry queues atomically and retain orders, payment tracking, history, templates and completion undo.
- Refine member cards, carry summaries, supported confirmations and menu layouts.
- Preserve opt-in Party Commands with permissions, trust and cooldowns. Permitted requests can send their configured commands/replies when enabled.
Carry sessions retain manual control of combat, quests and trade acceptance.
💬 Chat and SkyBlock Command Helpers
- Added All/Party/Guild/Private views with optional unread indicators, expanded search options, remembered drafts and refined filtering/highlighting/compaction.
- Selecting All, Party or Guild now changes both the visible filter and Hypixel sending channel. Show the confirmed channel and preserve the draft during pending or failed switches.
- Show tabs and their filters only in Hypixel SkyBlock by default, with an optional Show outside SkyBlock setting. Other servers receive no Hypixel channel commands.
- Suspend hidden filters and improve Party/Guild event classification. One-off private/channel messages do not change the selected sending channel.
- Retain local click/hover behavior and configurable toast/popup feedback.
- Added a ☺ chat button with 32 searchable, clickable symbols, displaying each character beside its name.
- Insert at the caret or replace selected text, with Enter selection, scroll and Escape handling. Selecting a symbol does not submit chat.
- Added
/sl sbcommand browser with editable drafts, item/player suggestions and namespaced commands that coexist with known mods' short roots. - Added lowest BIN and configurable 1-/3-/7-day averages, Bazaar quotes/orders/activity and supported profile, Catacombs, MP, essence, Crimson Isle and Croesus lookups.
- Keep price commands available with tooltip prices disabled and reuse existing cache/provider cooldowns.
- Reuse the supported installed Skyblocker provider or existing local cache for profile lookups; unavailable data remains unavailable.
🎛️ Menus, HUD and Defaults
- Rebuilt the settings shell with compact charcoal panels, Minecraft text, category arrows and creator/version links.
- Slim feature groups start closed; compact dropdowns and controls leave room for readable descriptions.
- Added compact magnifier/Ctrl+F global search across names, descriptions, categories and groups.
- Preserve multi-word input, show empty search results clearly and restore explicit group choices after clearing search.
- Remember supported searches, categories, expanded groups and list positions separately from unsaved edits.
- Apply a consistent frame and scrolling behavior to supported utility dialogs; improve small-window layouts and scrollbars.
- Replace the old HUD editor backdrop with a transparent world view and compact controls.
- Add keyboard nudging, Shift adjustments, +/- resizing, middle-click reset and right-click options while retaining snapping, opacity and icons.
- Added HUD preset preview, undo and import/export. Fixed preset validation so the map, score and details widgets save and restore with the rest of the HUD.
- Apply the creator's UI/HUD preferences only on first install. Preserve existing layouts, settings and recovered backups; omit personal commands, messages and gameplay history from defaults.
🧰 Additional Polish
- Retain Quick Access buttons, Command Keys, Aliases, calculator, tooltip movement and cursor-placement helpers.
- Add/refine enchantment-level colouring, separate stash reminder filters and Regular/MAX Pest Repellent timing.
- Preserve smoothed ping/TPS, cached Cookie duration and 12/24-hour clock options.
- Clarify that the sprint toggle is singleplayer-only; the server-side display is passive.

Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
