[CHORE] Bump version to 1.16.0\n[FEAT] Send texts in each player's language
AstraLibs 3.50.0 renders a LocalizedText for its receiver, so every text now carries a Russian and an English translation and is sent with sendMessage(text). Soul listings and the name above a soul are built in the language of the player who sees them; the serializer krate is gone.\n[REFACTOR] Group translations by the feature that sends them
souls mixed the /souls page, time-ago formats, soul actions and the name above a soul, and names repeated their group. The keys of translations.yml change with the groups, so an existing file keeps its old keys unread and the texts start from their defaults.\n[FEAT] Make English the default language of the texts
The first translation of a text is what the console and every client language without a translation of its own read, so it has to be the language most players understand.\nMerge pull request #104 from Astra-Interactive/feat/per-player-localization

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
