What's new in 1.3.0
Minecraft 26.3 support on Fabric and NeoForge, and an interface rebuilt to work at any window size and GUI scale.
🎮 Minecraft 26.3 on Fabric and NeoForge
Both versions are built from the same code, so they get every feature and fix at the same time.
| Loader | Requires |
|---|---|
| Fabric | Fabric Loader 0.19.5 or newer, and Fabric API |
| NeoForge | NeoForge 26.3.0.76 or newer |
🖥️ Works at any resolution and GUI scale
This is more than a version bump. Before, the screens were laid out for a single size, so in a smaller window or with a larger GUI scale, buttons and text overlapped. Now every screen adapts to the space you have, down to the smallest size Minecraft allows.
On every screen (sound list, Presets, import and create dialogs)
- Playing windowed, on a laptop or with big buttons now works properly.
- Long sound and preset names are shortened with
…. Hover to see the full name. - Resizing the window keeps your filters, search text and scroll position.
On narrow screens
- Your favorite presets stay one click away: the sidebar turns into a slim bar of colored squares. Click a square to toggle the preset, and scroll for more.
- The Presets screen shows the list first and the detail second, with a Back button.
⌨️ Carried over from 1.2.3
Minecraft 26.3 replaced its input and file dialog libraries. These changes first shipped in 1.2.3, which was not published on Modrinth.
- Import and export use the new system file dialog, with an in-game path screen as a fallback.
- Jump-to-letter in the sound lists follows the letter printed on the key, so it works on AZERTY and other layouts.
- Numpad Enter also confirms in dialogs.
Note: saved preset shortcuts are converted automatically on first launch. A shortcut that uses a key with no equivalent is removed and written to the log.
🌍 Translations
Note: text added in this version is in English for now. The other languages show English for those lines until they are translated in a future update.
Client-side only. No server installation required.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
