# Spells & Sorcery This Datapack adds a 24 new items to the game! 12 of which are new _Spellbooks_! It also adds 3 new Custom Mobs, a new _Alchemy_ system, and even a new boss: _The Necromancer_! ## Alchemy: This datapack adds a whole new way of crafting... the _Alchemy Pot_!

Alchemy Pot

**Alchemy** is used to brew all of your spells. You can make an _Alchemy Pot_ by placing a soul campfire underneath a water-filled cauldron, then tossing an Amethyst Shard inside. Your finished _Alchemy Pot_ should look like this: ![Alchemy Pot](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/1aaa9650b806c73deee4189f90b72d1b270350a1.png) When brewing, you must wait five seconds after throwing in all of the correct ingredients. Most spells require a _Spell Tome_, which is found in Dungeons, Abandoned Mineshafts, and Stronghold Libraries. The _Spell Tome_ acts as a blank spell, which you infuse spells into!
