StageCam 1.0.0 โ Initial Alpha Release
This is the first public release of StageCam. Expect some rough edges, but the core functionality is working.
What's in this release
Fixed Cameras
- Place up to 9 camera points anywhere using
/setcam <1-9> - Switch instantly with Numpad 1-9
- Camera positions save automatically and persist between game sessions
Live Second Window
- A second window opens automatically when you load a world
- Designed to be captured by OBS as a Virtual Camera
- Resizable window with native resolution support
- No HUD, hotbar, chat, inventory or sprint zoom visible in the camera feed
Follow Modes (toggle with Numpad ,)
- Handheld โ floats in front of the player, follows their look direction with smooth movement
- Ego โ mirrors the player's exact first-person view without HUD
- Press again to turn off
Camera Markers
- Colored wireframe markers show camera positions in the main window
- Visible through walls
Known issues
- Minor visual artifacts may occur when switching between camera modes
- Performance may vary depending on system specs since the scene is rendered twice per frame
