Added
- Added new structure Lo Pei Shrine: explore the ancient sanctuary to find the Lo Pei Statue and uncover hidden lore
- Added per-world unique talisman mechanic: each talisman type can only be obtained once per world
- Once any player claims a talisman, it will no longer generate in loot chests

/talisman listto view all collected talismans in the world - Use
/talisman reset <talisman>(cheats enabled) to reset a single talisman's availability - Use
/talisman resetall(cheats enabled) to reset all talisman availability - This restriction can be toggled off in the config file

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not.
