MOD UPDATE ยป 1.1
๐ข NEW FEATURES
- [ALL] Added rarity labels above dropped items. Labels can show the item name and rarity, show only while targeted, or be disabled.
- [ALL] Added configurable dropped-item effects for each rarity: glow, animated fire, and floor effects in circle, triangle, square, or star form.
- [ALL] Added per-rarity controls for the label and effect color, text size, text height, and effect size.
- [ALL] Added the new rarity effect controls and restart status notifications to the configuration screen.
- [ALL] Added Standard, Neon, and Minecraft interface themes, plus bundled Small and Minecraft fonts.
- [ALL] Added the updated bundled MINESTAR configuration with the new visual settings, the UNCOMMON rarity, and revised rarity priorities.
- [26.3] Added support for Minecraft 26.3.
๐ก CHANGES
- [ALL] Reworked the configuration interface, including its layout, palette, typography, controls, notifications, and translations.
- [ALL] Moved configuration data from hard-coded defaults into the bundled Default and MINESTAR configuration archives.
- [ALL] Normalized decorative Unicode small-cap item names when matching configured items.
- [ALL] Updated the Fabric Loader dependency to 0.19.5.
- [ALL] Added feature-aware mixin loading. Enabling or disabling dropped-item labels, effects, or glow now clearly reports when a game restart is required.
๐ PERFORMANCE
- [ALL] Added caching for dropped-item label geometry, font data, visible items, visibility checks, and hotbar rarity colors.
- [ALL] Reduced repeated item, rarity, and render-state lookups during world and HUD rendering.
๐ด BUG FIXES
- [ALL] Show the restart notice whenever the configuration screen closes, including with Escape or other screen-closing actions.
- [ALL] Prevented bundled Default and MINESTAR configurations from being overwritten.
- [ALL] Ensured configuration data is fully loaded before optional rendering features are initialized.
- [ALL] Added dedicated text-buffer and font-cache integrations for reliable label rendering across supported versions.
- [ALL] Updated mixins and rendering paths for Minecraft 1.21.4, 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.2, and 26.3.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
