🛠 Administration

• The Administration Computer now exclusively uses the RGB Sheet.
• The RGB Tablet has been completely removed.

👤 Roles & Permissions

• Added new persistent roles:
  • Admin
  • Supporter
  • Whitelister
  • Builder
• Added new role management commands:
  • /authority grant
  • /authority revoke
  • /authority list
• The Builder role is restricted to building permissions only and has no administrative, banking, or property management privileges.

🏢 Apartments

• Added support for multi-family buildings.
• Buildings can now contain any number of apartments and shared areas.
• Each apartment maintains its own tenant, lease, rental duration, and property protection.
• Shared spaces such as hallways and staircases are managed separately and cannot be rented individually.

👨‍🚒 Employee System

• Verified and retained the existing Time Clock system.
• Employee status, attendance history, live counters, and multi-user safety continue to work as expected.
• Added configurable service thresholds via timeclock.json:
  • Fire Department: 3
  • EMS: 2
  • Police: 4
• Fire spread is now enabled by default only when fewer than three firefighters are currently on duty.
• Each rule can be individually enabled or disabled using its own enabled setting.

⚙️ Miscellaneous

• Existing worlds and configuration files are automatically updated.
• No manual migration is required.
