Changes:
- apply active armor and toughness bonuses at all times instead of just when hit (now properly visible on armor bar)
- added config options for controlling if sneaking and sprinting should trigger energy regeneration cooldown
- changed breakable aspect level for guise (affects enchanting table enchantments)
- hone toughness II now requires aspect armor_heavy II
Fixes:
- quality modifier now increases durability for armor modules instead of adding attributes
- fixed agility hone not being available above level 1
- fixed active harvest speed hone not applying
- fixed shadowstep shroud receiving armwrap honing
