The Dulling - A Final Challenge

Updated numerous Lens of Learning entries to be cleaner and easier to read.

'Random tidbit' Lens entries now have to cycle through each one at least once before being able to loop any, fixing an issue where players would have to cycle through the same random entry 3 times to get a new one due to bad RNG.

To help make Lens entries more readable and prevent them from becoming text walls, each lens entry now has a randomized text color so that multiple stacked entries do not all look like the same giant text wall.

Fixed Holy Vassals being unable to despawn.
