The Dulling - A Final Challenge

Catalyzers now apply a curse that causes the target to generate small amounts of XP when harmed.

Deaths inside dulling chunks now only have a 50% chance to trigger a dulling spawn, but death spawns can now go up to tier 1.

Natural spawns inside dulling chunks also only have a 50% chance to trigger, but they can go up to tier 3.
