Removed the Ancient Moss Clump to prevent item bloat and transferred its functionality to the Lens of Learning. Additionally, the infection info message has been improved, only showing info for the current dimension to prevent a wall of text from forming in modpacks with numerous dimensions, and showing the remaining time until the next tier advancement if the throttled dulling speed gamerule is enabled.
Fixed an issue where Burgeoning units would not spawn during rain.
Overhauled the Lens of Learning to give a proper tutorial of the full mod instead of random tidbits.
Changed the World Breaker that spawns when the Sacreligious Core is broken to instead spawn when the Dulling reaches tier 4 for the first time.
Fixed an issue that caused Anthropogenesis events to happen excessively fast in the nether, removed Anthropogenesis events from the End because there is nothing for Anthropomorphs to gather, and made it so the first Anthropogenesis event in the Overworld must wait at least 2 days after the core is broken instead of starting the moment the core is broken.
Revamped Meteor behavior, with improved VFX, SFX, and a new destructive crater on landing.
Stains, Raid Bosses, Umbraphiles, and the Four Horsemen will now spawn from Meteors instead of just appearing out of thin air, and the latter 3 no longer rely on natural spawns to trigger. Additionally, Horseman spawns now have the same chat announcement and beacon beam as raid bosses. A new destructive attack has been added to all four Horsemen, which they will use when a target is out of their normal attack range.
Added a new unit that serves as the central commander of the invasion, overseeing Missionaries and ensuring they’re working hard: The Seraphim. This comes with a new crafting material and a new helpful companion.
Ramparts are now immune to knockback.
Revamped Village Eater transformations: they now only happen when the dulling reaches tier 2, and can only happen to villagers below half HP and even then the conversion only has a 50% chance to succeed per villager. Additionally, a new compatibility feature with The Village Fights Back has been implemented, disabling Village Eater transformations entirely when the mod is installed alongside the Dulling.
Village Eaters can now tunnel through blocks and will automatically break blocks within their hitbox to avoid suffocation, and their HP has been reduced from 70 to 50.
Added Matriarch dialogue at certain points to explain why she hasn’t given the player their next quest, when said quest requires a certain condition to unlock.
Changed the VFX and SFX sequence when the Sacreligious Core is broken.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
