🧟 The Emissary v1.1.0 - Bug Fixes, AI Polish & Lorehis update focuses on making The Emissary a much more relentless and polished threat, while slightly expanding on the mystery surrounding it.
🛠️️ What's New & Changed:
- **Relentless AI Fix: Fixed a critical AI bug where The Emissary would completely stop attacking if the player stood still. Now, there is no escape—stopping will not save you. Suffocation Glitch Resolved: The entity no longer takes random suffocation damage when crouching, creeping, or navigating through tight, 1-block spaces. The eye-height mechanics have been adjusted to match its animations dynamically. Animation & Visual Polish:Smoothed out existing animations for more fluid movement and made minor aesthetic tweaks to the entity's model to enhance its unsettling appearance. The Glitched Lore Book:Added a new starting item for players—a mysterious, glitched book featuring unsettling, overlapping text that hints at the dark lore behind The Emissary.
Note: Future updates will focus on advanced jaw animations, structural generation, and expanding the lore. Good luck surviving!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
