Changes
First major update!
- Updated to latest version of Tinkers Construct, The Slimesuit Update
- Shimmervine is now an option for laces, trait is Greed (+ Experienced at level 2)
- Redstone is now a propellant material for bullets
- New tool: Greatmace
- Broad weapon with AOE melee attacks
- Added Junkshot ability for rifles
- Allows loading and firing arrows, shurikens, throwing axes, and fireworks (at extra durability cost and reduced velocity)
- Reworked Crested Helmet
- Now has an interaction-based charged melee attack
- Reworked Skyslime Slimeskull
- Now has an interaction-based charged jump
- Armor Trims are now visible on Tinker Elytras
- Added Elytra Banner modifier
- Modify any chestplate-bearing elytra with a banner to put the banner's design on the wings!
- Added Wings textures for Rockpuncher Chestplate
- Rebalanced Firing Mechanism stats (generally made tier 4 weaker and tier 3 stronger)
- Various book/lang improvements
- Reworked HUD ammo display for Guns
- Instead of a radial display, now shows chambered round and ammo count
- Can be configured in joy_of_tinkering-client.toml
- Hopefully this is more performant
- [Technical] Added (currently unused) joy_of_tinkering:place_block_tool_inventory modifier module for placing blocks on right click through the tool's inventory, respecting AOE placement logic
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
