Balance Changes

Heart of Storm

• When damaged by a mob, there is a 30% chance that you will strike the attacking mob with lightning. The lightning deals damage equal to 20% of the mob's max health.
• After the lightning strikes, you will be stunned for 1 second.

[New]

• Damage Dealt: 20% of target's max health → 25%
• User Stun Duration: 1 second → 2 seconds
