ThinAir: ReLived
A NeoForge 1.21.1 port of Thin Air by fuzs and a foundation for more. The air isn't always breathable. Go too deep, too high, or into the wrong dimension and you'll need to come prepared. Respirators, air bladders, and soulfire can keep you alive.

Added
-
Optional Create integration: Backtanks now provide breathable air in Yellow and Red Air when worn with Create's chest armor slot or the Curios Back slot.
-
Added a Curios Back slot for players so Create backtanks have a valid equipment slot.
Fixed
-
Fixed Curios tag paths that prevented the Respirator, Safety Lantern, and Create Backtanks from being recognized correctly.
-
Fixed Create Backtanks not being equippable because the player was missing a Back slot.
-
Restored missing air provider tags so Nether portals, End portals, End gateways, lava, and fire once again behave like the original mod.
-
Fixed Create Backtanks providing protection while simply carried in the inventory. They now require a Diving Helmet, matching Create's intended behavior.
-
Fixed a compatibility issue that could cause Backtank air to drain twice as fast when Thin Air and Create were both installed.
Changed
- Create is now listed as an optional dependency.
Known limitation
Backtanks equipped only in the Curios Back slot provide full functionality but do not render on the player model. This is a limitation of Create's renderer, which only checks the vanilla chest armor slot. For visible Backtanks, equip them in Create's chest slot.
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
