Tinkers' Gadgets 0.0.3

Reworked Piercing trait: projectiles now pierce through up to 3 enemies without altering their flight path, then ignore further foes until returning. This also fixes an issue where piercing boomerangs could freeze mid-air.
Leather can now be used as a clasp material, providing an early-game option with no additional traits.
