[DTPK] 1.3.1 | Teletransportation Accept (TPA) 1.21

Changelog

This datapack allows you to do /trigger TPA to get a list of players to request to tp to!

(1.3.1):
- Added:
  - A function to manually reset everything (function tpa:manual_reset) in case something is not working.
- Changed:
  - Changed /reload message to match with pack.mcmeta.
  - Changed [APPLY] to [CHANGE] in the timer setting.
- Fixed:
  - Debug Mode minor issue displaying wrong data.
  - Can't accept tp (in theory).
  - Minor scoreboard issue.

Note: It is very recommended to run `/function tpa:manual_reset` after updating.
