WynnCraft NPC Dialogue Translation

• Added NPC dialogue translation with option translation
• Added standalone options HUD with per-row rendering and animation
• Options HUD supports drag-to-position, adjustable in the config screen

Local Dictionary System

• Added local dictionary service covering general item tooltips, WynnCraft dialogues, and quests
• Dictionary files support active selection (three independent slots); disabled by default, must be manually enabled with files selected; supports hot reload
• Added Ctrl+C debug copy: copies a dictionary entry template for the current text in tooltips or dialogue screens (experimental)

Improvements

• Tooltip frame cache skips redundant dictionary/LLM lookups within the same frame
• Filter out formatting-code-only entries to prevent invalid translation pollution
• Item translation prompt reduced to 4 rules, NPC dialogue prompt to 5 rules, lowering token usage
• Backup strategy changed to timestamped full-directory snapshots, copying all cache files into a single directory per backup

Fixes

• Fixed update checks being skipped due to v-prefixed or pre-release version strings failing to parse

Removed

• Removed "chat interaction offset fix" feature and related Mixin
