Trash Origins

Nerfed Allay some more, pretty big shrieker changes, and some balancing/cleanup.

Changes

Shrieker

• View distance ?->7 blocks
• Damage bonus 20%->25%
• Echo Location seeing time 1s->5s
• Echo Location cooldown 15s->60s
• Echo Location is now limited to 20 blocks.
• Vision now no longer has the pulsing effect.
• Shader effect changed.
• Food multiplier 1.33x->1.66x

Misc

• Goat's Ramming now deals knockback.
• Renamed "Turdle"->"Turtle"
• Turtle's turtle master cooldown 30s->60s
• Horse and Turtle now takes 50% more fall damage
• Skeleton now heals 5 hearts instead of 3 hearts when consuming a bone.
• Skeleton has attribute modifiers instead of effects when exposed to the sun.
• Allay's Flying energy loss 0.33/s->0.5/s
• Allay's Flap energy loss 4->6
