With TrivaCore you can answer questions to help players engage in the chat more and can earn money rewards for it.

TrivaCore will automaticly ask questions. The player who answers correclty first will get rewarded and their score will keep track on how many you answered correctly, your current and longest streak and how fast you answered. By the end of the month, the top 3 players will be rewarded better for most answered questions.

For more info on the commands use /triv help to get the list of all commands. Admins/Owners will get both admin and player commands, while players with no admin will only see player commands.

Customizable configuration files

  • Cooldown on how often a question will pop up in chat
  • Count down on the time to answer the question
  • Money reward for correct answered questions
  • Money reward at the end of each month for most answered questions (bigger rewards)
  • Day of month, hour and minutes on when the current month will be resetted
  • Hours on when the rewards will be handed out before reset

Requirements

Installation

For Owners who install this plugin: Once you have installed in and started the server. Go into your plugin files and a file named "TriviaCore" or "Trivia". There you will see few YML files. But you only need these YMLs under:

  • Config: here you can between how often TriviaPlug will answer questions in minutes, answer time and the cooldown for how long it will take for the question to show again. The season is when the top 3 players will be rewarded. Can change day of month and at what time. Automatic payout is when the top 3 will get their monthly reward and the hours before the monthy reset.
  • Rewards: Here you can change how much a player will get for a correct answer and how much for the montly restart and how much the top 3 players will get. For the maxium amount is nothing important, what it does is the max amount you can give a player manually. So if you want the correct answer reward to be higher and suddenly the automatic payout does not work and have to give them manually. I would recommend to raise it above the correct answer reward.
  • When the changed has been made and the files has been saved. Use the command '/triv reward reload' to reload the YML file.
