True Paxels

• Updated to Minecraft 26.3 snapshot 3
• Updated resource pack to Minecraft 26.3 snapshot 3
• Paxels can now scrape most copper blocks
  • Copper doors and double copper chests are still bugged
• Added a trigger command that allows players to update their old paxels to include the new copper scraping functionality
