Tumultuously Turning Torches

This pack adds four random rotations to torches, soul torches, and redstone torches.

Note: The rotations are locked to the specific x,y,z coordinates and cannot be changed, but they will change with a different y-coordinate. Also the torches do not rotate when placed on the sides of blocks
