š Welcome to the Grand Release of Companion Mod!
This is the very first official release. Say goodbye to lonely adventures and meet your new customizable, intelligent, and hilarious friend!
⨠Core Features Available in v1.0.0:
- š² The Gacha System: Spawn unique companions with randomized outfits, professions, and traits!
- š§ Meme Sound Integration: Your companion reacts to taking damage, dying, or idling with custom meme sounds (The mod auto-installs the Resource Pack for you!).
- š» Jojo-Style Ghost Stand: When your companion falls in battle, their soul becomes a 100% intangible Stand that haunts your shoulder until they respawn.
- āļø Smart AI & Combat: Features an interactive 3-state command system (Roam, Stand Ground, Follow), smart auto-eating, and potion buff support.
- šļø Studio-Grade HUD: A fully drag-and-drop, pixel-perfect HUD editor to track your companion's health, durability, and ammo in real-time.
- š Custom Skins: Drop any standard Minecraft skin into the config folder to give your companion a fresh new look via an interactive 3D Showroom!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
